Urban Builders Collaborative (UBC) has developed ~1,000 multifamily residential apartments with total development costs in excess of $500M in New York City, New Jersey and Westchester County. UBC is uniquely positioned to leverage the resources of Lettire’s 35+ years of experience which allows value engineering at the project’s inception. In addition, UBC is flexible in structuring joint ventures with other developers to leverage their strengthens to create transformative projects. UBC targets projects that involve public private partnerships and joint ventures to add value as a well-capitalized developer and well respected and established construction firm. UBC’s current pipeline consists of 2,000 units with total development costs in excess of $600M.
EMC. is the property management subsidiary of Lettire Construction Corp. Currently we manage five buildings in East Harlem and one in New Rochelle, containing 61 residential units and five commercial tenants.
