Nicholas Lettire

Nick Lettire is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lettire Construction Corporation, which he co-founded with his brother Gerard Lettire in 1979. Nicholas is also co-founder and President of Urban Builder’s Collaborative, the company’s development arm.

Nick spearheads new construction and development opportunities and partnerships for both companies. Recent projects under his leadership include residential and mixed-use developments with construction budgets ranging from $10 million to $150 million.

Nick got his start in the construction industry working on interiors and rehab projects. The company then expanded its work to include complex, ground-up, sustainable affordable and special needs housing, along with mixed-use properties in the New York Tri-State region.

Nick is actively involved in the East Harlem community where his company is based, and he is dedicated to improving the neighborhood’s economic growth and to creating local jobs. By collaborating with community coalitions, government agencies, and development partners, Nick has dramatically increased the supply of quality, multifamily housing throughout the region.
