Roger Piné is an Owner’s Representative for Lettire Construction Corporation and Development Associate for Urban Builders Collaborative, the company’s development arm. In this role, he is responsible for business development, acquisition related matters and owner related project management.
Roger has been involved in some of Lettire’s most notable assignments, including The Ciena and Hobbs Court, the country’s first project under the Federal Tax Credit Assistant Program (TCAP); and Tapestry, a new 185-unit sustainable, multi-family mixed-use property located in Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood, where Lettire Construction Corporation is headquartered.
Prior to joining Lettire, Roger worked for Georgia Malone & Company, an investment sales brokerage firm, where he played an integral role in transactions and deals for owners and institutional investors including the disposition of a $500M Harlem multi-family portfolio.
Roger holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate with a concentration in development from New York University and a dual Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from Pepperdine University.
